Policy
Cancellations
All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date and time will incur a $25 fee for each missed haircut appointment and a $75 fee for each missed color appointment. This will also be applied at the partial cancellation of multiple services booked within the same timeline. Cancellation fees will be sent via invoice to the email address on file and must be paid before booking future appointments. The purpose of this fee is to partially cover the cost of lost bookable time due to short notice, it is not a credit toward future appointments.
Punctuality
Arriving more than 15 late to your appointment will be considered a “no show” cancellation. Missed appointment fees will be required before rescheduling.
If an abbreviated service is possible in the remaining appointment time, a $25 fee may be added to the total due for the portion of the service that was missed. This will be at the discretion of your stylist.
New Guest Deposits
A $100 deposit will be required prior to scheduling all first time color services. This amount will be deducted from the total due at the end of the scheduled service appointment. Deposits are fully refundable with a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. A no show or last minute cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit this deposit.
