The State of Washington is once again requiring masks in all indoor public places including salons. Their current mandate is for everyone regardless of vaccine status.
Our waiting area remains open. Please feel free to come in when you arrive for your appointment or to purchase products.
Vaccinated or not please use common courtesy when sick and contact me to reschedule your appointment. I will do the same for you.
A $50 deposit will be required for all first time color services at the time of scheduling. This amount will be deducted from the total due at the end of the scheduled service appointment. Deposits are fully refundable with a minimum 48 hour notice of cancellation. A no show or last minute cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit this deposit.
All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment date and time will incur a $25 fee for missed haircut appointments and a $50 fee for missed color appointments. This includes the partial cancellation of multiple services booked. Cancellation fees will be sent via invoice to the email address on file and must be paid before booking future appointments. The purpose of this fee is to partially cover the expense of lost booking time that could not be filled due to short notice, it is not a credit toward future appointments.
Tardiness of 15 minutes or more will be considered a “no show” and a $25 missed appointment fee will be required before rescheduling.
If an abbreviated service is possible in the allotted time, a $25 fee will be added to the total due for the abbreviated service.
